Last February 14, 2023, Valentine’s Day was celebrated by the OHFWI by donating Health Kits during the Operation Big Heart of the Local Government Unit of Luna, La Union. In this activity, locals of the municipality availed services offered by different offices of the LGU such as Legal Consultations, Dental and Medical Check-ups, Job Assistance, Wheelchair Distributions, etc.
Operation Big Heart was spearheaded by the LGU’s Mayor, Hon. Gary N. Pinzon, through the support of MSWDO as well as the different offices of the LGU.
