OPEN HEART FOUNDATION WORLDWIDE, INC. is a non-profit, non-stock, non-government organization that was founded by ROBERT LeGORE, an American barrister who served as a public defender for youth offenders in the USA. He had a vision for the youth - an empowered youth who has the wisdom to be a self-directed, responsible, creative and productive member of the society if he/she is given the opportunities and experiences by which to develop his/her potentials. A Chinese educator and three other Filipinos who believed in education as THE avenue to the realization of this vision completed the group to form the FOUNDATION.
